My website, The Webcomic Factory, won’t email me the password reset. What do I do?

Hi there, it looks like thewebcomicfactory.com is hosted over at GoDaddy rather than being hosted here on the WPcom platform. Are you trying to reset the password for your WP website? https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/
For further help with a site using the open source WP software, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.

Do I have to go through GoDaddy to get access then? Normally, the lost password just comes in the email.
