can't reset password

    I am having difficulty accessing my wordpress blog so that I can update it for this semester. I can’t recall my password, and when I try to request it from the site, I get this message: “Your account is tied to an account in the central directory. You cannot retrieve your password via email. Please contact the system administrator.”

    One issue may be that I have two blog accounts, one under cindimay and the other under mayc (both tied to the same email address). I can reset the password for the blog under cindimay, but not under mayc. I don’t know whom to contact here.

    That’s not an error from our system. Where are you trying to reset your password at?
