Can't Reset Password—Locked out of account!

I work for a small company who hired a developer to make them a WordPress several years ago. They now do not have access to the database or email he used and cannot get in contact with him. The password they last had was invalid and the reset password button has now sent an email with a new password somewhere we cannot access it.
The company owns and pays for the website but we have no idea how to change the password since they can’t access phpmyadmin or anything. I need to get in touch with the people at wordpress but they don’t have a contact number. This business needs to be into their website ASAP. It is extremely important and time sensitive that they be able to log in and change parts of the page. Any advice would be appreciated!

I’m probably in the wrong forum but I’m desperate to get this fixed. Their website is newanimalproductions.com
They’ve now “reset the password” to that unknown email account.
I can verify they own the site because all of their email accounts end in @newanimalproductions.com
