Can’t reset password

  I can’t reset my password for my wordpress.org site… I can login to wordpress.com (I really don’t get how the two interact); I’m not able to access live chat, there’s no option. The password reset doesn’t work, I don’t receive an email… in fact I don’t even get a ‘check your email’ message or anything, when I try to reset, it just goes back to the login screen.

  Please help, I’m completely stuck!!! I posted just now, but it somehow ended up under Jetpack support.

  I might have posted this in the wrong place… I have two wordpress.ORG sites, but they’re always mixed up with the .com stuff. I don’t need to know about all the differences, I just need to log into my site!

  And yes, those links you provided are the ways I’ve already tried. I’m not getting an email to reset my password, except once, and when I used that link it just said there was an error and it’s expired.

  I use Bluehost, but it’s obviously a WordPress issue….??
