  Heya, I have tried to reset my password multiple times but it wont send an email to (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Can you help me please!

  We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to provide support. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

  You should reach out to your host Blacknight for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you find and fix this problem.
