Can’t reset password

  I have 2 websites under the address (email visible only to moderators and staff) : phola.fr and phola-graphicdesign.com. I can’t remember my login and password for the second site. When I ask for a reset, it sends me to ‘page not found’. Why do I get this error message? When I try other forms, it only offers me to change my password for the first site…
  Can you unblock this situation?

  I checked both the domains you mentioned, and neither of them appears to be hosted by us at WordPress.com. Your sites are using WordPress.org and hosted by a different hosting service provider, not on WordPress.com.
