Can’t reset password

  Dear WordPress Support,

  I am writing to you because I am unable to reset my WordPress password for my website, schnitzelekker.nl. I have tried using the ‘Lost your password?’ link on the login screen, but I do not receive an email with a reset link.

  Username (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Website: schnitzelekker.nl

  I have checked my spam folder and made sure that the email address associated with my account is correct ( [Your email address] ). I have also tried resetting my password using a different browser and device, but I am still having the same issue.

  I am concerned that my account may have been hacked, but I am not sure how to proceed. I need to be able to access my account to update my security and prevent any further damage.

  Could you please help me to reset my WordPress password? I would be grateful for your assistance.
