Can't reset password

  Hi there,
  I have wordpress installed on my domain gvofest.ca but I don’t seem to have the right password and the password reset email is not seeming to arrive in my inbox. Is there any way to help me with this? I know I’m not on the right account, but I don’t know how to log into that account to contact you about this. Any help would be appreciated!

  gvofest.ca is hosted by Zetta Hosting Solutions, not by wordpress.com.

  That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum. We cannot help you here.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
