Hi there. I’m afraid we can’t help you with http://averagegiantmarketing.com/ as that is a WordPress.ORG site. This support forum is only for free WordPress.com blogs. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Please visit the WordPress.org support forum for assistance: http://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t already have a username on that forum, click the register button in the upper right corner so you can post in that forum.
If you have a WordPress.org username but can’t remember your password on that site, see here for instructions on resetting it: http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password

Hello,
My website in question is thecentrehighland.org which is masking c.averagegiantmarketing.com. I didn’t set this up in wordpress.org as it has a wordpress.com theme. Also there is nowhere to login on the WordPress.org site.

Next time, how about you provide the correct URL of the site you’re having trouble with. We can only help you in the forum based on the information you provide.
In any event, http://thecentrehighland.org/ is also not a WordPress.com site. According to the WhoIs data that site is registered through GoDaddy.com and your name servers are pointing at domaincontrol.com. If you had a WordPress.com site the nameservers would have been pointing to wordpress.com. http://vitzo.com/en/whois/thecentrehighland.org
The placeholder page that appears when I open http://thecentrehighland.org/ is also definitely not a WordPress.com feature. No WordPress.com theme enables you to use something like that.
Also there is nowhere to login on the WordPress.org site.
On the WordPress.org support forum, here, https://wordpress.org/support/ you will find the Register button in the top-right corner. That site is completely separate from this one, so you need to register a username to post there even if you already have a username on WordPress.com.

Thank you for your response, however “Next time how about” you learn to control your tone when talking to customers. Don’t be rude it’s not becoming of a company like wordpress.com. I’m sure your superiors would not live to see something like this written to a customer.

Just to be clear, this is a peer support forum. That means nine times out of ten your questions are answered by other users, not by employees of WordPress.com. I am the former, or it would have said “staff” under my username.
