Cant reset password or log in with wordpress account through woocommerce

  Hi there can someone help me, I do not know what my password is as i am automatically logged into wordpress. I am in need of my password so that I can log into woocommerce using my webpress account but everything I try shuts me out! I have also changed it and it still does not work.
