Can't retrieve password/username

  I am helping a lady with her website aheadinwigs.com.au and she cannot locate a username and password anywhere, the person that used to look after it is no longer available – we have tried so many different combinations my head is hurting.
  But we do know the email associated but if we use that to retrieve the password we get the following:
  The e-mail could not be sent.
  Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function…

  So we are at a timeloop of death – can’t get username and password without email – have email doesn’t work.

  Any help would be appreciated!

  The site (aheadinwigs.com.au) is a self-hosted WordPress site using the software from WordPress.org.

  You’ll have better luck asking your question in the WordPress.org forums, this forum is for WordPress.com users.

  You can learn about the differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  But I would start by locating the login information for your website hosting account. Once you get into the account there are several options to reset the password.
