Can’t run import

  Hello! I’m trying to back up my tumblr blog, and there was no progress after quite some time, so I cleared the data and tried to start again. Now, however, it’s telling me I can’t run two imports at once…but I had stopped the previous import and therefore have none running?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  Following Tumblr’s recent announcement regarding content allowed on their service on their service, we’re experiencing unusually high volumes of Tumblr imports, leading to some delays in these imports.

  Staff can help you reset the importer.

  Hi there!

  It appears your Tumblr import was ongoing. For now, I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again afresh.

  If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try canceling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

  If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
