Can't save theme option

    Hi everyone!
    I have just installed WordPress and having a problem with editing theme options.
    If i go here http://mydomain.com/wp-admin/customize.php and change header color and click save, the header color goes back to default no matter what color i’ve choosed from the picker. But HTTP POST request to admin-ajax.php reports code 200.
    And if i go here http://bizcolor.ru/wp-admin/themes.php?page=custom-header and change header color, it actually changes and works fine.
    Where can be the problem? What can i do to fix it? I’m using twenty-eleven theme and even reinstalling WordPress with deleting all files and creating completely new empty database didn’t help.
    One more thing. I’ve just checked – i can install any other theme or access the WordPress admin page from other browser and different computer doesn’t help.
