Can't scroll when using the contact form plugin

    Hi, I want to add a custom form to a page in the Twenty Twelve theme. When I click the Contact Form button, the form builder appears beyond the top of my screen and I’m unable to scroll up to edit it. I tried in multiple browsers and screens but the problem still occurs. I have also tried in other blogs but still have the same issue. I have built lots of forms before and never had this issue. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
