Hi there,
I think it will help to clarify that for Jetpack sites (such as your self-hosted sites getdimple.com and arablelife.com) the Reader does not quite function in the same way as it does when you have your site hosted directly here on WordPress.com
Specifically, search within the Reader is limited unless you have upgraded to a paid Jetpack plan. From: https://jetpack.com/support/reader/
Why don’t my posts appear in the Reader’s search results?
Only posts from sites where the Jetpack plugin is installed and having any Jetpack paid plan will appear in the Posts search results in the Reader. Otherwise, your site will only appear in the Sites search results. You screenshot does confirm this. Your site does appear in the “sites” sidebar when you search, but individual posts themselves do not show up in the main column unless you have upgraded your site.
You can see paid Jetpack plans here: https://jetpack.com/features/comparison/
If you need assistance with your Jetpack plugin we are not able to help here but you can find support at the following forum:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/ -
I think you have not got my point.
Whatever the limited features offered by Jetpack with free plan is working with getdimple.com but not with arablelife.com
You can see the difference by clicking links below.
- Link 1 : https://wordpress.com/read/search?q=getdimple.com
- Link 2 : https://wordpress.com/read/search?q=arablelife.com
Facts : Both websites have the same plan of Jetpack, running on the same web hosting.

Hello there,
Many thanks for that clarification.
We can see anything untoward with regards to the set up of arablelife.com – as you say, it’s the same set up.
Would you be able to disconnect Jetpack https://jetpack.com/support/disconnect-jetpack-sites/ and reconnect as per: https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/ please.

I made following changes by following recommendations.
1. Disconnected
2. Deactivated Plugin
3. Reconnected
steps of disconnected, reinstalling the Jetpack. But the problem is still there.
arablelife.com feed is not visible at Feed Search section.
It used to appear earlier.

I want to back trace a bit.
You can see the difference by clicking links below.
Link 1 : https://wordpress.com/read/search?q=getdimple.com
Link 2 : https://wordpress.com/read/search?q=arablelife.comWhen I look there, I see that getdimple.com populate in the right hand column of the page under
sitesbut this does not happen forarablelife.com.We asked you to disconnect and reconnect the Jetpack plugin, but that made no change in
arablelife.combeing shown in that right hand column. I can confirm that I do not seearablelife.compopulating under sites on that right side of the page, same as you. This makes me think that there could be something weird with the Jetpack connection on that site. As a next step, I put the domain in the debugging tool here. My hope was that I would find an error or obvious problem, but that didn’t happen. The connection is great, and there are no errors.
The next thing I looked at is who is hosting the sites. The one in question here, is with Cloudflare. They have had some known hiccups with Jetpack. Did you ask them for help with this as well? I would ask them why this works for one site but not the other given that we can’t find any errors or connection issues.
My next suggestion is to look at this page: https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/218377098-WordPress-Jetpack-and-Cloudflare
It could be what is hanging up the site. Once you hear back from Cloudflare please let us now what they suggest too.

Here is the conversation I am doing with the Cloudflare for the issue.
Conversation Link – community.cloudflare.com/t/facing-issue-with-wp-reader/429172/4
The Cloudflare agent given some reasons for this issue and recommended resolutions over it.
I have chosen the last solution that is “Pausing Cloudflare service”.
Now website is not using Cloudflare as it is in paused state.
BUT STILL ISSUE APPEARS THERE.
Other important fact you should consider –
Check whether WordPress Community executive has deleted it without intention.Because I have done tests with some subdomains such as test, demo, demo1 and I have requested to delete those subdomains with ticket : feed-not-available-in-wp-reader-search.
Since when my website stopped appearing under sites tab in WP Reader Search

Hi there,
When I check your domain WHOIS you seem to be using Cloudflare again, so I am not able to test this on my end. Are you able to leave that disconnected and use standard name servers so we can take a look?
-
If my domain registrar is GoDaddy, Namecheap or any other, I would definitely do that.
But current domain registrar is Cloudflare itself. And Cloudflare does not provide the option to add other’s nameservers, while we just add IP address of the Web Hosting to send traffic.
This issue appeared only after this ticket.

Hmm, at this point, I think it’s best if you contact Jetpack support via https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/. They may have more insight as to what’s happening here.
You can link to this thread, so they can see all the convo you had with us. Thanks!
