cant search or find my website in google search

  Hello there!
  It’s been a day since I launched my site. It is our work project on our training course. Why does it seem it doesn’t exist. The settings always prompt that it is in private mode although I already made it public, for easy access. Please help! looking forward to hear from you.Grateful here..

  Sorry for sending another reply, but now I see that your problem is with finding your blog with Google.

  There are a few things you can do to help your site get listed in search engines, these practices are called Search Engine Optimization (SEO). You can check this guide on how to manage SEO in WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/seo/#toc

  Because your site is new it will take some time for it to be picked up by the search engines. According to the SEO frequently asked questions it could take up to 6 weeks.

  The link you are using on your homepage for the About-link is totally wrong. Also there is no link set for your portfolio.
  You are using an internal link only available to the logged in owner of the site. Idem dito the Home page link on your about page.

  • Submit your site to Google Search Console: https://support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/
  • Use Publicize to share your posts to social media: https://support.wordpress.com/publicize/
