Can't see a couple of my plugins in my plugins area for WordPress.

    I got my own website via GoDaddy a few days ago, and am attempting to make a website using WordPress. I’ve installed quite a few plugings, but a couple of the plugins that I installed, they don’t appear in the plugins area for some odd reason. I wanted to uninstall them, but I can’t deactivate and delete them since they don’t even appear in my plugins folder. This is the case for like 3 of my plugins, why is this the case?
