Can’t see editing in new post

I have yet to post a new blog since switching to wordpress from blogger because I cannot see what I type, unless I highlight it. Is there some sort of setting I need to change, like font color? I don’t see where any of that is, and it is starting to get annoying :P

I have posted plenty of posts on my blog, but today, when I tried to post, I am having the same issue. It is nearly impossible to type an entry when you can’t see the text! Any help would definitely be appreciated. And mjean09, thanks for posting so I know I am not going crazy!
