cant see header in appearance

  although clean home has header, i cant it in appearance. i just see header in customize. but i cant change site tittle in customize. what would i do

  Site title can be changed on the Settings->General page.

  Did you get this sorted out? You should be able to change both the custom header and site title through the Customizer:
