Can't see "Header" option in "Dashboard > Appearance > "on Hemmingway

I am using Hemmingway Rewritten theme, and I want to change the position of that big black box with my title text in it, however under “Dashboard > Appearance > …..” I do not have “Header” as one of the options.
Any thoughts about why this might be?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That cannot be done without a custom design upgrade and CSS editing.
