Can't see How to Add Insert More Tag in 2010

  Hi
  When I’m adding or editing a blog in 2010 I can’t see how to add an insert more tag to the blog. Can someone explain how to do this please.

  This is not theme dependent. See the guide for inserting “the more tag” into Posts, not Pages here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/#using-the-more-tag
