Can't see menu links
-
I just created a new menu for my blog, courtenaysbeautybox.com, but I can’t see any of the sub links. It just appears as a black box for each parent category. How can I fix this to make the background white and the text black?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
Yes, that is odd. I was able to display the subcategories in the drop-down menu of a category by going to the corresponding category page. For example, the subcategories of “Beauty” appear in the corresponding drop-down menu at the category page http://courtenaysbeautybox.com/category/beauty/. However, the subcategories, or links to the child pages, should display in the menu regardless of which page or post the visitor is on. The issue is not present in the Adelle demo, where subcategories display below the top-level category “A Parent Page,” on the front page, which is the posts page.I think the issue might be a glitch, so I’ll tag the topic for staff attention.

This is the case not only on the front page. Subcategories (child pages) display in the menu on the Adelle demo on every page and post I visited. The same menu displays regardless of which page or post the visitor is on.

Hi there,
I just checked your site and I see that your menu’s dropdown menus have a grey background and I can read the text there. It looks like you’re all set, but if you’d like to make any further changes to that design you’re welcome to use Custom CSS to continue tweaking those colors.
If you run into any trouble with your site’s CSS, the expert staff and volunteers in the CSS Customization forum can also give help and advice with that. :)
