Cant see more comments on my Recent Comments Widget:(

  Hi..
  I have been wanting to increase the number of “RECENT COMMENT” displays on my side bar widget and have understood that this can be done. I have increased the number from 5 to 10 comments however I cannot see a change. Could I know why?
  I had read on another forum topic that it may take an hour but even after the wait, it has not changed. Kindly let me know how to fix this problem.
