Cant see my files in my blog's dashboard
-
How is it that I see my blog at:
https://thenaturallyshopstop.wordpress.com/
But when I login, none of the files, etc. are in my dashboard, and it says that I need to create a new blog. Can you help me understand this?
Thank you,
Naturally ShopThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

http://thenaturallyshopstop.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ is the login link.
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog.
Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibilityIf you have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
and if required click the “Need More Help” link and complete the form for account recovery. -
None of these options worked.
There HAS to be another way to recover my site info. I don’t have an API key, I don’t have a transaction ID number, and I don’t have any unpublished draft posts or pages.
Is there a way that someone from tech support can help me? I have forgotten my EXACT username and password. Its very frustrating to be able to view a blog but not have the ability to edit it…

If you could access the blog without providing the correct login information then so could any hacker.

This is the message that I got while trying to log in to my blog (which I thought was my blog login info)
User naturallyshop Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested
You are logged in as “naturallyshop” and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for “The Naturally Shop Stop”. If you are not “naturallyshop”, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are “naturallyshop” and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.

So obviously, my correct username is:
thenaturallyshopstopHowever, it’s been almost 1 year since I logged into that account, and forgotten the log in info…

I can click on my naturallyshop name to the left of this message, and my blog comes up, but then, no dashboard info!

Not to worry. When Staff work their way through to this thread they will help you sort this out.

You need to be logged in as ‘gap3364’ in order to get access to that blog. If you don’t have access to your account or forgot the password, you can request a new password over here.
Please follow the instructions carefully. You’ll receive two separate emails during the reset process, so make sure you read them both. If you don’t receive the emails right away, check your spam folders as well. The confirmation emails can get caught in them sometimes :)

I no longer have access to this email, and I forgot my password associated with that account. Now what? I don’t want to lose this blog…

API key, I don’t have a transaction ID number, and I don’t have any unpublished draft posts or pages. Plus, I no longer have access to the old email address that this blog is linked to, plus I forgot the password.
