can’t see my gravatar

I tried uploading my image for the gravatar for trillion times but it still doesn’t work though even the computer has asked me to wait for an hour to show up. Any real help or advices for how am I going to do with that gravatar to show up and appear it besides my user name? :(
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Go to http://gravatar.com and upload it there. There seems to be some issues here at wordpress.COM right now that are not happening when you go directly to gravatar.

Even though i went to gravatar.com I couldn’t find an icon that could let me browse images.

Gravatar does not have images. You will have to create your own from a photograph or create something in a program like MS Paint or something. You then upload the image that you have created.

I still unable to see the gravatar after uploading the picture and after cropping. But anyway, why there are not much people come to my blog?

It looks like you don’t have any posts. You have a number of pages, though.
Here is the difference::

You can tag and categorize posts, not pages. People can find your blog with tags. Otherwise, you are not very visible on the internet. -

You can not tag (or categorize) pages. You have no posts now. You only have pages. Posts and pages are different.
You must copy the entries you have made now, into posts. Then you can tag or categorize the posts. Read the link I gave you to understand how posts and pages are different: http://support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
Then people will find your blog by looking for your tags or categories.

but if i don’t want to have posts, can i just have pages? actually i cannot see a homepage in my blog and i found it difficult to edit my page. i mean when you go to this page:

you’ll see this: “Sorry, but the page you requested cannot be found.”
are there ways for me to sort this out? I need a homepage.

You can certainly have only pages, but if you want friends and readers to find you, then you must make posts. And unless you make posts, that “Sorry, but the page you requested cannot be found.” will persist.

but anyway, I want my gravatar to look a little bit nice, i don’t want my gravatar to look like a squary thing. any help with that??

It is supposed to work by:
dashboard > users > profile > my gravatar > change my gravatar
but sometimes people have had problems doing that.
If you go to the gravatar site as tsp says, most people have not had trouble.
Note, it may take a little time for it to become visible. Often it shows first in the forums:
