Cant see my photo when i send comments to other peoples blogs

  I would like my photo to be displayed beside each comment i make on other peoples bogs, my comments do not have this. How do i get my photo to appear on my comments

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Graham!

  You can do this by uploading a Gravatar Image:

  http://en.gravatar.com/grahamtharvey

  Once you log into Gravatar, you can select your primary image/email address by going to My Gravatars at the top.
