Can't see my posts or preview my changes. Get sent to a wordpress homepage

Every time I try to view the new blog I created yesterday, I get bumped to this page instead: https://en.wordpress.com/signup/?blog=1/2012/07/17/hello-world/. I get sent to this page if I try to preview the changes I make to my pages too. Am I going to have to delete the blog altogether and start over, or is there a way to fix this. I’ve been fighting it for over twelve hours now.

There’s a wide-spread issue evidenced by the multiple active threads on the front page of this forum and beyond reporting the same issue since yesterday morning.
