can't see my site/get into it

Hello, this is my fourth attempt to get help. I still can not get into my site. We have also approached you from mariandegierdesign.com as that site doesn;t have the problems and can access a live chat. Of course then (being only the administrator), your staff is not allowed to help me not being on the actual site but …sheesh, no access, so it is a viscious cycle. The site affected is lincolntatem3.worpress.com. We are fine to update it to get a domain registered and access to live support, etc but we first have to be able to get to it so I can work on it!
Some of your staff suggestions were helpful and some were not and some have not been answered… In the meantime we still ahve the same problem and without the live chat I may have to wait for up to several days.
We purchased the promenade theme which went through and then tried to register the domain which was a problem (please read previous documentation). then I got the domain charges reversed and am back on working with lincolntatem3.worpress.com. However since we bought the promenade theme I have not been able to see what we have. Sometimes I can get into the dashboard, that’s it. I’ve been at it since yesterday morning and it;’s a lot of time spent. Please help.
