  It looks like the blog you need help with is a self-hosted WordPress.org site. These forums are for sites hosted on WordPress.com.

  Looking at this site’s DNS records, it looks like your site is a self-hosted WordPress and is not on WordPress.com.

  I suggest you take this question to self-hosted WordPress forums https://wordpress.org/support/ as the current forums you are on is meant for WordPress.com sites.
