CANT SEE MY WORDPRESS BLOG LOGO OUTSIDE UK

I just realized that when someone opens my blog http://www.organicmeri.com outside the United Kingdom the logo does not show up.

Yes of course!! From the U.K everything is working fine, the problem is when people outside the UK try to open my website.!!!

I can access view your website with ease. I am on a tiny island located in the Pacific Ocean off the west cost of Canada closest to British Columbia. I cannot see a site logo. Please provide the site logo image URL right here in this thread so I know what to look for.

I do not see any custom header image https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/custom-header-image/ (Custom header image width is 1470 for Healthy Living) at all on your site like the one on the live demo site here https://healthylivingdemo.wordpress.com/

Okay then. It’s in your best interest if we stop posting and you just wait for Staff to work their way forward to this thread.
Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in chronological order based on datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.
How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.
Please don’t bump your thread here by posting into it again because doing that moves the timestamps forward and it takes longer to get a response.

Hi there!
It sounds like you ran into a bug with our header settings at Appearance > Header. Can you please upload this image as your Header through the Customizer:
https://organicmeri.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php
Or you can upload it as a site logo under “Site Title, Tagline, & Logo”.
Once you upload it through the Customizer again, you should be all set.

@timethief – Yeah.. It’s that nasty Appearance > Header bug. :(
For your reference, the main symptoms of that bug are (1) the file URL gives a 404 error (like you saw), (2) the Header doesn’t appear on the site (broken image icon), and (3) it doesn’t appear in the user’s Media Library (same broken image icon).
It’s hard to tell from the front end sometimes, but its a pretty safe bet for anyone reporting a broken image as their header after they just set it up. :)
