    I logged into our account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) — but do not see our website called OWNAMONKEES.COM

    I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
    To be able to work on it from your WordPress.com account, you’ll want to connect it via Jetpack:
