Can’t see pages on site

I have this error: ‘Jetpack can’t communicate with your site because your site isn’t connected’ when I try to view my pages. It shows that I have 30 published pages, but I can’t click any of them.

When I look at the help docs (https://wordpress.com/support/resolve-jetpack-errors/#not-connected-to-jetpack), the solution provided isn’t applicable to my site – I have no Jetpack error message on the Jetpack dashboard.

This error appeared after restoring one of our site backups. It looks like all plugins are updated correctly. How can I fix the connection to Jetpack so I can view our pages?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

Hi @wvfakpn! It looks like there was indeed an issue with your Jetpack connection after the backup restore. I’ve fixed that, and you should be good to go. Let me know if you still have trouble seeing your pages!
