Can’t see photos when loading them into post

    I am new to WP and have recently redone my blog by changing the CSS code so I could do backgrounds etc. Somehow, my standard “post toolbar” with my options for font, alignment, adding images, etc. isn’t there! It’s only taskbar of code options! I can click “add media” above the text box and it will add my photos code into the text box, but NO picture… Any suggestions? I want my toolbar back :)
