Can't see plugin menu on my dashboard

  Hi,

  I don’t see plugin menu on my dashboard.

  I want to add a ‘scroll to top’ plugin to my site.

  Hi Nirman81,
  From your site dashboard click Appearance > Widgets. You should see the list of available widgets. Just click on one of them to activate. You can find a list of all WordPress.com plugins (widgets) here.

  Please note, custom plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.

  I’m sorry but if you are reading anything that makes you think that bloggers can install plugins on sites hosted by wordpress.COM, then you are mistaken/misinformed. We have never had that ability. You are confusing wordpress.COM hosted blogs and wordpress.ORG installs on paid hosting.

  There is no FTP access https://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/ and no blogger installed plugin capability is provided on wordpress.COM hosted sites for security and stability reasons. No upgrade changes that reality. Here at wordpress.COM we have built-in plugins. https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/
