cant see plugin option

  hi i bought the domain from wordpress.com…..but i still cant see the plugin option ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We cannot use plug-ins on wp.com. Not even with the upgrade to a mapped domain.

  Buying and mapping a domain name to a blog hosted here does not in anyway change the restrictions we have here. To get away from the restrictions, you have to self-host your blog on a third-party hosting site using the software downloaded from wordpress.ORG.
