Can't see Plugins
-
Hello,
Not only I am new to WordPress, but also kind of computer-challenged person. I’ve searched the forums and can’t find answers.1. I don’t have Plugins on my blog. My friend who has a blog here showed me her Dashboard and she has Plugins on the left side of it. I don’t and I can’t figure out how to add it.
2. I need to remove date, time, and author from my pages. I’ve read numerous explanations how to do it here on the forum, but I don’t understand a thing. Something about code. I know very little about computer codes. Could you help me with that?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.com blogs.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/See here for a full comparison WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org
http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/There is no upgrade you can purchase here that provides FTP access and the ability to install plugins and or any third party themes. If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install.

The changes you want to make require the purchase of an annually renewable custom design upgrade for $30 per year. If you have not purchased the custom design upgrade note that no changes you try out aside from those such as Custom Background, Custom Header, etc. which are stated on the theme description pages in the features column (right hand side) will be visible to visitors.

Thank you for your response!
If I go ahead and make this upgrade purchase, how does the content on the blog I have now transfer to the upgraded one? -
If you buy the Custom Design Upgrade – nothing will happen to your content – stays the same on the same site – then you can change the look of the blog – but that will not delete anything – the only thing that changes is the way your blog looks to visitors

How do I purchase the Custom Design Upgrade? I tried going to the Store on my Dashboard and don’t see anything like it.
Also, I’ve read the links you posted above and it says I can try it before purchasing. Although, I can’t see how to do it. The description in the links doesn’t fit what I have. They talk about Try Now button, which I don’t have, looks like. -

If you know very little about computer codes I wouldn’t buy the upgrade. I wouldn’t buy ANY upgrade for a month except the Custom Domain and Mapping.
Ignore that blather about the try now button. Just go to the Dashboard of teh blog, and on the Store page click to buy it. pay via credit card, Paypal, or Bitcoin. But i suggest you wait a month to get used to the software first.
