Can't see posts

I have people on my blog trying to leave posts and they are not showing up as Pending so I can approve them? help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Are those leaving posts official users (contributors) to the blog?See here > The Post Status shows whether a post is published or unpublished. You can find the Post Status to the right of the post editor.
