can't see purchases who do i talk to?

    Hi there
    A payment was taken for £84 however my website is now hosted by an agency and so I don’t need it anymore. I cannot see evidence of the receipt on my account?

    Hi @fionabugler, this upgrade is under another username.

    I’ve redacted the private payment ID. You would use that to regain access to the account, so it’s best not to put it in a public forum.

    We were able to remove the plan and mapping for you, though, since you did provide proof of purchase. If you need more help or want to close the old site, please log out and log back in using the account that gets renewal reminders and what not. And if needed, you can use this to regain access:
