Can't see shortlink
-
I’ve been using Shortlink for ages, but now I can’t see it anymore. I used to access it by dropping down from the ribbon menu, but now it’s not visible on my screen. I think you’ve tweaked some of the menu items so that they take up more space now?
I am using IE11 on Windows 8.1 on my laptop. It has a 31×17.5cm (12×7 inch) screen and viewing it at 100% the last thing I can see on the drop down list is Settings (under Configuration)
If I reduce the screen size using CTRL- I can see that shortlink is there right near the bottom of the menu, and also the other items below settings, but I can’t find a way to access these other menu items (which I don’t use often) or shortlink (which I use all the time when publicising my blog posts) without reducing the screen size. Is there a way to scroll down the menu list so that the things at the bottom can be seen when I’m using a small screen? Thanks. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Lisa!
The top right-hand menu doesn’t have a scroll feature. It sounds like your screen is cutting it off, and since the menu doesn’t scroll, there’s no way for you to access the bottom. To confirm, could you upload a screenshot of your entire screen at 100% zoom to your Media Library so I can take a look?

Done:)
The file is called WPscreenshot LHS menu.
(I should have remembered that the method is to upload screenshots like this to our own media libraries because I’ve done it before over some issue).
Cheers

Hey Lisa,
Thanks so much for the report here! I’ve passed this along to our team. I’ll let you know as soon as we have a fix in place.
