can’t see statistics graph

hey,
Since the new WordPress.com version upgrade (a couple of months ago), I’m not able to see the whole statistics’ graph, the last days of the graph won’t appear, they are like out of the screen.

– Yes, I have the latest flash version.
– No, it’s not zoomed
– Yes, I have the latest javascript

What browser and version are you using, and have you performed the cookie dance?

Cookie Dance:

Log out, clear browser cache and cookies, restart.

If you are using the wordpress.com blog, you will find the stats at the dashboard–> blog statistics.

If you are not able to see it, please notify the wordpress support team regarding this issue.

Well, I know.. but sometimes this happens with some guys. Some ppl are not able to locate the feature on their dashboard. I am sorry if I underestimated you. :)

I’m using FF, last version. I have just done the ‘cookie dance’ but still the same problem.

Any idea?

I know, that I had – and have – a lot of visitors today on my blog and on various blogs. But the statistics does not count them today. What’s wrong?

klovs & freidenkerin: I have exactly the same problem. The whole diagram is not visible. Everything was OK untill yesterday when this problem appeared. At the same time I had a high peak in visitors.

Do you mean the graph shows normally but it shows no hits, or you have a blank graph?

I have exactly the same problem as klovs. the graph image he posted is identical to mine. did the cookie “dance”, verified latest versions of firefox, flash, and java. did the view zoom reset. no change. I can not see in this thread where there was a final resolution to this problem? thanks! Craig

Fact is, fixed it. Did not realize that when you do the zoom reset that I had to be on the page I needed to reset. All better (smile). Thanks again! Craig
