Can’t see stats in wordpress
-
My main websites aren’t listed under ‘my site’ when I log in with the admin user email to wordpress

What is the URL of the site you are trying to access? We’ll be happy to take a look and see if we can help.
-
Asset Protection – Estate Planning – Business Structuring Specialists
We also manage https://www.llcwizard.com/
both should be accessible

Hi there,
I do not see any sites under your @legalees WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.
Is it possible you created your site under a different login? I am able to confirm that llcwizard.com and legalees.com (hosted on GoDaddy) are connected to us via the Jetpack plugin, but under a different login than the one you are using here.
Instead you will want to log out of your @legalees account, and instead log in to the account that is associated with these sites. If you do not recall your login, please fill out this form here to the best of your ability: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
This will send all the info you have to our account recovery team, and from there they will contact you directly to assist you in regaining access to the account that owns the sites you are trying to access.

I started as the person in charge of the accounts in February 2014. I’ve been handling both legalees.com and llcwizard.com ever since, but this is one of the first times I’ve needed to get into them on the WordPress.com site in this way. I don’t have record of any other login account.
There is a person who handles all our GoDaddy structuring, but these two websites were moved to KnownHost years ago. Would they still be listed on WordPress.com under the other person’s login even though we are on a different host now?

For privacy reasons, we aren’t able to reveal whose login they’re under. But it might be yours, just under another address.
I’d recommend checking all of your emails for anything related to Jetpack or WordPress.com to see if you can find it.
Again though, if that doesn’t work, you can recover the account using the methods my colleague mentioned.

Also — I double checked with a teammate here: if you’ll just reconnect Jetpack from wp-admin, you should be able to see stats on this account if that’s all you need. Just head to your wp-admin’s Jetpack area and connect to this account.
