Can't see the header on Sixteen Nine Theme

  I recently moved the Sixteen Nine Theme to my blog at http://facultynotes.me

  The header is not working right. All I see is the header logo and site name in the left sidebar. When I created a regular menu it didn’t show up anywhere. I finally created a menu in the right sidebar using the menu widget.

  I need guidance on getting the default theme settings to work.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Maybe I’ve got the default view. I see the same format on one of the Genesis sites.

  I’ve done some more research and have seen that what I’ve got is as it should be. The Word Press version doesn’t seem to have all the functionality that I see on the Genesis Site, but I guess I can live with that (or not). It would be a hassle to move offsite.
