Can't see the Like Button/Comments on Blog
-
So, I have a link to our blog from our website, and the link goes right to the blog and you can scroll down through our couple of posts (we’re new to blogging). I want users to be able to Like our blog, and have all the settings correct according to the other forums and help topics in WordPress. It seems you can only Like or add comments if you click on each individual blog. Can I get these things to be visible on the page that shows all our blogs? Is there a reason that I wouldn’t want to do this? Like I said, we’re new, so I’m looking for tips and tricks and best practices. Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

For the sharing buttons to show on the main page, you have to change your selection in the “show sharing on” pulldown at the very bottom of the settings > sharing page to “posts, pages and index page.”
Having comments show on the main page is an impediment to navigation. Think if you have a post that gets a couple hundred comments, or even fifty. People would have to scroll forever just to get to the next post. That is the main reason comments do not show on the main page.
There is also a “comment” link at the bottom of each post in the post metadata, but it is not very prominent.
One thing you can do to help orient your visitors is to put a text widget into the sidebar and tell people that you welcome and encourage comments and if they want to leave a comment on a particular post to just click on the post title and scroll down to the bottom of the post.

Thank you so much. I knew it would be something very basic and easy! I guess I need to learn the language of the blog to really make it start working for me. I really appreciate the help.
