can’t see the new home page

WordPress.com has a new home page and has been announcing it for some time now, but I can’t see it.
I see a white page and on it the names of my own blogs plus on the right some information about the new WordPress.com home page that you are preparing. Also, I have been told that 100swallows’ other blog has been mentioned there.
Where?
Where is it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I just clicked on that WordPress.com at the top of this page and it, too, opens up onto that white page mentioned above.

you are seeing the new home page.
Do you see the tabs My Blogs – Freshly Pressed – Tags above the list of your blogs? Have you clicked them?
Have you logged out and looked at wordpress.com?If you want to see the old homepage, try a different language, e.g.

Yes, I saw the new home page now, but only through that link that you gave above.,
However:
On the left of my dashboard, at the top,it says “My Account”. I click there, and that opens up a list of options like “Global Dashboard”, “Edit Profile, “Support, and “WordPress.com”. This is where I used to find the WordPress Home page. Now I only get that white page where my own blogs are listed.
Yesterday 100swallows told me that on his dashboard it was the same. He could only see his own blogs.
As to the tabs that you mention, no: I have not yet seen or looked for them.
