Cant see the site properly or open pages

I cant see the display correctly , opens in a weird format and then pages dont open up. Cleared cookies,c ache, tried different browser, different internet connection. but to no avail

Are you in India? If so, there have been reports of problems from that area for a few days. Let me see if I can find any other threads for you.
