Can't see the top settings of my site in Chrome

Hello dear fellows,
I am having a problem with my wordpress site; the top menu what I am talking about is exactly this:

This, I can’t see on Google Chrome as you can see:

Unfortunately, this isn’t the right WordPress forum to help with that problem. You appear to have a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software, but this forum is for blogs hosted here on WordPress.com. The two versions are different and have separate forums.
