Can’t see theme CSS

Hello! I’ve downloaded a premium template (Boston Business Pro). Underneath the writing, there’s a line (kinda resembles a logo/mark) that you see on a lot of sites or in print. I’m trying to remove it from the site. However, I have 2 problems. The first issue is that when I go to customize > additional css, the css from the theme doesn’t appear when I was shown in a video that it’s supposed to. The other issue is when I click on theme editor, I’m told not to do it because it’ll mess up the code in case of an update but I can’t get a child theme because my php isn’t updated? If anyone could help me make this change, that would be appreciated.

    Hi sumconsultingnc

Please contact your hosting provider for this issue.

Your site is using WordPress.org software which is hosted on another host. So WordPress.com forum is not the right place to get the solution for your question.

You can post your question in WordPress.org forum:

For more information here is the support documentation link below:

WordPress.com forum helps the sites hosted on WordPress.com only

WordPress.com and WordPress.org are both different platforms, you can find more information for this here:

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

You’ll need a free WordPress.org account to post – if you don’t already have one, you can register here:
