Can't see theme on blog

  I have been trying to see what my blog looks like with the 2012 theme, everytime I go to to the blog all I see is my post.
  Could you take a look at it & what I’m doing wrong. Blog is Boomercity.

  was there an install button I missed somewhere? I looked all around all I seen was select and activate I think.
