Can’t see ‘themes’ site, ‘an unexpected error occurred’

    Hi, I would like to change the theme of my website, but when I click on themes in the menu of the dashboard, I get shown a blank page within the dashboard. I still see the dashboard menu on the side and on the top, but there is no content shown. After a while the site shows ‘an unexpected error occurred’.

    Can you please help me with this?

    Thanks for reaching us.
    I tried to replicate you issue, and failed to find the same. Theme changing is working fine for me and your website is also good from my end.

    Would you please try clearing your browser’s cache. You can find here more information on how to clear the cache depending on your browser:

    If that doesn’t help, please let us know with more detailed information of your browser and version of it.
