Can't See "TOOLS" in Dashboard

Hello folks:
I am trying to import a .XML file (exported from SquareSpace) into WordPress, and all the forums/sites say to simply click “Tools” then “Import” …. but I have no such option when I log into the dashboard.
My dashboard says:
Home
Comments I made
Site Stats
My Blog
Blogs I followNothing more than this. I also only signed up for WordPress today so I apologize if this is a simple oversight! Thanks in advance for your help.

I checked https://kohlercharlescom.wordpress.com/ and it looks like you deleted that site.
If you’d like to give the import another try, you should be able to do it by creating another blog and then going to Tools > Import in your blog’s WP Admin pages. The menu you mentioned above are under the Dashboard setting, and the Tools option is further down (2nd to last) inside that same gray navigation menu on the left.

I have exactly the same problem with https://corexor.wordpress.com
I don’t see Tools or WP-Admin in Dashboard. -
Are you logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered that site?
If you are then you can navigate to
https://corexor.wordpress.com/wp-admin/import.php -
